Refund policy

Refund Policy – N Force Lumber Mill Direct

All sales are final.
We invite every customer to inspect and count their lumber at our yard before it leaves. Once a load has been picked up or delivered and unloaded, the sale is complete and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Why we don’t accept returns

Lumber is a natural, variable product and can be affected by handling, storage, and weather after it leaves our yard. Because we provide an opportunity to fully inspect product before pickup (or at delivery), we finalize the sale at that point.

Exceptions (our error only)

If we make a clear picking error (e.g., wrong item or size compared to your invoice), please tell us before leaving the yard or, for deliveries, at the time of delivery before unloading. We’ll correct it on the spot or arrange an exchange at our yard at our discretion. After the load departs/has been unloaded, we cannot accept returns.

Not eligible for return/refund

  • Any lumber once it has left our yard or been unloaded at delivery

  • Special orders, custom milling, cut-to-size items

  • Discounted/clearance loads and “sold by the load” bundles

  • Normal wood characteristics (e.g., knots, wane, checks, grain/colour variation, moisture differences, minor length tolerances)

Delivery notes

If we arrange delivery, the customer (or their designate) must be present to inspect and confirm the load before unloading. Once unloaded, the sale is final.

Deposits & holds

Deposits on holds or special orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
