Terms of service

SECTION 1 – SALES & PICKUP

  • All sales are finalized at our yard in Calgary, Alberta, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Inventory is sold by the load or by the piece as described in our catalog or at the yard.

  • Availability is first-come, first-served, and quantities cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery (delivery may be available at an additional cost).

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

  • We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and pricing in our catalog and on our website.

  • Lumber is a natural product and may vary in appearance, grain, or colour from photographs.

  • Grades such as “appearance,” “rough green,” or “select” follow standard industry guidelines but may differ slightly from customer expectations.

  • All products are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, or discontinued without notice.

SECTION 3 – PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • The price charged is the price in effect at the yard at the time of purchase.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full at the time of sale.

  • We accept standard forms of payment as posted at the yard.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of lumber sales, all purchases are final once the product leaves our yard.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless prior written agreement has been made.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting lumber before pickup or delivery.

SECTION 5 – LIABILITY

  • N Force Lumber is not responsible for:

    • Natural variations in wood products.

    • Misuse, improper installation, or failure to store products correctly.

    • Delays in supply due to mill production, trucking, or other factors outside our control.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price paid for the lumber.
